Our Collection

Over the past century, residents of Porter County have donated photographs, paintings, letters, furniture, and other possessions to the museum, forming a collection of artifacts that numbers in the thousands. The PoCo Muse collects artifacts created or used by anyone affiliated with Porter County. The artifacts and ephemera on display in our exhibits represent a small fraction of the museum’s total collection. We use programming and rotating exhibits to highlight different areas of the eclectic, diverse collection.
